Today I want to share with you some of my thoughts on Cancer. Cancer is killing millions of people every year all over the world, billions of dollars are spent on cancer research worldwide with not much result, people continue to get cancer and die every day. You will be surprised to know that, there are there are more than 100 types of cancer, characterized by abnormal cell growth. There are many different causes, ranging from radiation to chemicals to viruses; an individual has varying degrees of control over exposure to cancer-causing agents. It is surprising that so many people die of cancer and Pharma industry is making billions of dollars cash every year. It has become an industry. Very few people survive cancer, the treatment eventually cost them financially, and wiping out the wealth also cause immense misery to their families. The medicines and treatment is so costly that millions of poor people all over the world die of cancer even before reaching hospital because they can’t afford the same.
I was born an brought up in a village called Muniyara in Idukki district in Kerala,, India. During my childhood , we never actually bought any food item other than salt from shop. We grew everything in our land including rice, vegetable, and used coconut oil abundantly. In Idukki district, which is predominantly hilly area, cancer heart problems and diabetes were unheard of. Till the 90’s everything was fine, but things drastically changed with the arrival of packed food, masala, oils, candies etc.
Every packed food contain poison.
I want to tell each and every one of you that every packed food anywhere in the world contains poison. The quantity only varies. The preservatives, chemicals and colors used in packed food are poison, candies, cakes and other sweet food items also contain saccharine and other deadly chemicals, that we consume every day. Each and every one of us is eating chemical poison everyday directly and indirectly. The pesticides used in our crops, fruits and vegetables also contain deadly cancer causing chemicals, which we consume in minor quantities every day. There is poison everywhere and we eat it, drink it every day.

Consuming poisonous food everyday is the root cause of cancer. Body has a limit and capacity to eject poison out of body, as the body becomes aged, it will loose its capacity to fight poison, eventually the cells get filled with poison and it undergoes mutation, which cause immense multiplication of cells leading to cancer. Each and everyone of you reading this blog must understand that eating poisonous food everyday can cause cancer. You need not be a rocket scientist to understand the same.
It is a pathetic situation that no university or institutions including schools and college teach about eating good food and avoid cancer like diseases. The Pharma industry worldwide worth trillions of dollars worldwide is interested in selling their medicines and they seems happy about the current situation. Nobody is talking about how to avoid poisonous food and lead a fine life without cancer.
The best solution for cancer treatment is –avoiding poisonous food. Try to avoid packed food, junk food and black liquids as much possible. Stop drinking water packed in plastic bottles. Avoid red meat as much as possible, also go back to nature. Stop buying fruits and vegetables infected with pesticides, try organic food and do bit of farming in your backyard and grow some vegetables at home. Pleased not use chemical fertilizers for farming. The best manure for farming is cow dung.
One of the most common material that causes diabetes and cancer is white sugar.
In most parts of the world, sugar cane is grown using Chemical fertilizers. Then that is taken to the sugar mills, the juice is extracted and treated with lot of chemicals before you get white sugar. It does not have any nutritious value also. This poison we consume everyday directly and indirectly taking in chemicals in our body bit by bit. Countries consuming most sugar have the highest number of Diabetes and cancer patients.
Added sugar is also a poison. … Added sugar is one of the worst and most toxic ingredients in the Western diet. It can have harmful effects on our metabolism and contribute to the development of numerous serious health conditions and diseases. Too much sugar is harmful to the body and promotes inflammation and disease. If you are a diabetic patient, stop consuming white sugar completely, your situation will improve greatly.
The poisonous foods you consume, cause your body to release an excessive amount of insulin to process all the sugar. This leads to a too rapid reduction of blood glucose, or blood sugar levels, causing your body to release adrenaline to compensate. This is the “fight or flight” chemical that causes the anxiety and irritability. Also the people consuming lot of white sugar everyday have low IQ . This is a proven fact.
In most parts of the world, you get packed drinking water. This is one of the slow poison substance that kill people slowly. Water is treated via reverse osmosis and purified and packed in plastic bottles, branded and sold worldwide. In countries like Switzerland and Netherlands, a bottle of packed water is costlier than beer. In most cases packed water in plastic bottles when exposed to sunlight trigger minor chemical reactions and release poison into water. We happily drink it and get poison in our body. In many cases the water while being purified is also treated with Chemicals and it gets contaminated, leading to slow poison. What you need to do is to avoid drinking bottled water in plastic as far as possible, instead use water in glass bottles, steel tumbler etc. Have you ever wondered about the peculiar taste of bottled water? Your regular tap water doesn’t taste the same as packaged water. It’s because the water sits for a long time in the chemically-produced plastic bottles. Over time, the chemicals slowly get mixed with the water and you ingest it!
Processed Tea and Coffee, another source of poison
If you drink coffee and tea every day, you are sure to get some disease sooner or later. I am here to tell you why. I have lived in Munnar ,a hill station in Kerala for 2 years. Munnar has more than 6000 hectors of tea plantation. I have visited several tea leaf processing factories in Munnar and seen how it is processed. TEA LEAF is full of deadly poison. The tea plants are sprayed with deadly poison to kill pests ,on a regular basis. Then it is harvested , taken to the factories and dried, mixed with a series of deadly chemicals before being graded , ground and packed. Then it is shipped worldwide for consumption. Billions of dollars are spent for marketing various Tea brands worldwide. We happily buy Tea leaf/powder, mix it with milk ( pasteurized milk mostly-another slow poison) add white sugar ( a deadly poison ) and drink happily every day. Same is the case with Coffee. Those who drink Tea or coffee everyday is taking in hell lot of poison into the body everyday. This is one of the root cause of diabetes , cancer and hell lot of other diseases.
After realising the truth about tea and coffee, also white sugar, I completely stopped consuming the same, I was a diabetic in the boundary level (Type 2). As soon as I stopped taking tea, coffee, and white sugar, My diabetic problem almost vanished. Me Gijo Vijayan is the testimonial to this simple fact.
Caffeine Overdose can lead to head ache and mental disorders also, You can observe that people who take coffee many times a day are not normal people, they are short tempered and eccentric.
Horrible Contamination in fruits and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables are coloured with copper sulphates and injected with hormone oxytocin to make them look fresh. While growing fruits and vegetables are sprayed with pesticides. I have a personal experience, the red apples coming to India from USA, having labels has a thin coating of wax. This is to prevent decay of apples. People who eat apples, eat wax also. You can’t easily recognize the same, if you take a knife and scratch over the apples, you can see the wax coating. After seeing his I stopped purchasing Apples from USA coming to India.

It is an Irony that Companies selling poisonous pesticides are also selling medicines for Cancer. This is a naked truth that every cancer patient and family members must know.
When you go to the market, you see very bright yellow colored mangoes and Bananas looking perfect. You feel like buying them, if you buy, you are buying poison. Use of calcium carbide to ripen mango and Bananas are rampant in India. This make the whole fruit – poison, people who eat this eventually become sick and even get diseases. Calcium carbide is one of the agents that can cause cancer. My personal opinion is that people who use ripening of fruits using calcium carbide must be given death penalty.

I have visited Singapore in 2003, it is a small but beautiful country. I enjoyed most of Singapore. I also came to know that Singapore is the hub of breast cancer in the world. Singapore has very little land available for agriculture, most of the food items are imported. It is the hub of materialism and luxury. People are the highest users of packed food in the world. Most people consume noodles, pizza, burgers and black liquid as breakfast lunch and dinner. The consumption of frozen meat and fish is also very high. Singapore is a country eating lot of poison every day, most of the poison they are packed well and this is the major reason for cancer and other diseases.

During my childhood, we grew almost all types of vegetables in our farm, We used cow dung as manure and we ate fresh food, our water was never packed and it was crystal clear, we breathed fresh air, diseases were unheard in Muniyara, my village.
Now when I go and visit market, I see bright coloured brinjals, pumpkins which are oversized, carrots that are very large, I felt something fishy about it. Later I found that these vegetables are genetically modified and they lack taste of natural vegetables, they are oversized and contain full of poison. Genetically modified food is a slow poison and one of the primary sources of cancer. Millions of people eat GM food everyday and become sick eventually. The biggest evil force that is destroying humanity is genetically modified food. “Several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with genetically modified (GM) food (AAEM 2009),” including infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, faulty insulin regulation, and changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system.
Russia has recently banned genetically modified food, by doing so Mr.Putin ,the Russian president has saved millions of Russians from eating poisonous food, he must be given a big award for the same.
Frozen meat and Fish – a gateway to Cancer.
Do you eat frozen meat and fish regularly? If yes, you are inviting cancer and other deadly diseases. The frozen meat and fish are treated with chemicals and stored in deep freezers for long time, the chemicals used in preservation mix with the meat and fish, and it can also be home to disease producing bacteria. Dr. Warburg has devoted his life to study the causes of cancer.
“All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen – a rule without exception. “Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.” Dr. Warburg has made it clear that the root cause of cancer is oxygen deficiency, which creates an acidic state in the human body. Dr Warburg also discovered that cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen, as found in an alkaline state.
Biochemist Otto Heinrich Warburg, one of the twentieth century’s leading cell biologists, discovered that the root cause of cancer is too much acidity in the body, meaning that the pH, potential hydrogen, in the body is below the normal level of 7.365, which constitutes an “acidic” state. Warburg investigated the metabolism of tumours and the respiration of cells and discovered that cancer cells maintain and thrive in a lower pH, as low as 6.0, due to lactic acid production and elevated CO2. He firmly believed that there was a direct relationship between pH and oxygen. Higher pH, which is Alkaline, means higher concentration of oxygen molecules, while lower pH, which is acidic, means lower concentrations of oxygen…the same oxygen that is needed to maintain healthy cells.
In 1931 he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for this important discovery. Dr Warburg was director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute (now Max Planck Institute) for cell physiology at Berlin. Kids and adults must know what they eat and how it is going to affect them. We must ban GM foods, also ban water in plastic bottles, minimize use of sugar and junk food. Use of preservatives in packed food must be regulated. This can save the lives of millions of people in the planet. We must go back to nature, ban chemical fertilizers and promote organic food. Those who spread food poisoning must be given death penalty.
